Are your products cruelty-free or vegan?
All MIOYARIA products are developed under a cruelty-free commitment.
We do not test on animals at any stage of product development.

Are your products safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Our formulas are designed to be gentle and skin-supportive.
However, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before use.

Who are your products suitable for?
Our products are designed for all skin types, especially sensitive and acne-prone skin.
Recommended for ages 12 and above.

Are your products suitable for children?
Our products are not specifically formulated for children.
Use on minors should be supervised and patch tested.

Can I use your products after a skin treatment (e.g. laser, peeling)?
Yes, our formulations focus on supporting the skin barrier.
However, due to increased sensitivity, patch testing is strongly recommended.

What is the recommended order of use?
Toner → Serum/Ampoule → Cream → Sunscreen (AM only)

I have sensitive or acne-prone skin. Can I use your products?
Yes. Our formulas are designed to help calm and support the skin barrier.
We still recommend patch testing before full application.

How long will it take to see results?
Most users notice improved hydration and comfort within a few days.
For visible skin barrier repair and texture improvement, consistent use for 2–4 weeks is recommended.

Do your products cause purging or breakouts?
Our formulas are designed to be gentle and supportive, and are not expected to cause purging.
However, individual skin responses may vary.

 

SKIN SAFETY

All MIOYARIA products are formulated with a focus on supporting the skin barrier and maintaining skin balance.
We recommend performing a patch test before first use, especially for sensitive skin.

If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a professional if needed.

 

ORDERS

Can I cancel or change my order?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.
Once an order is confirmed, it may not be possible to cancel or modify it.

What if I entered the wrong address?
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned,
reshipping costs may apply.

Can I return my order?
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns once products are shipped.

Skincare is personal, and results may vary.

My item arrived damaged or missing. What should I do?

Include your order number and clear photo proof — we will arrange a replacement if applicable.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Will I need to pay customs fees?

In most cases, duties and taxes are already handled as part of our shipping process, so no additional payment is required upon delivery.

However, customs policies may vary by country. In rare cases where additional charges occur, they are the responsibility of the customer.

If a package is returned due to unpaid duties or failed delivery attempts, any associated shipping costs may be deducted.
